With a larger venue at our disposal, Heartland Howloween is excited to provide a far more expansive selection of vendors for our 2026 year. We are excited to announce that as of 2026, we will have a separate Artist Alley and Adult Dealer’s Den in addition to our main Dealer’s Den. From witchcraft 101 to morning meditation, panels provide attendees at our convention with a wealth of activities or seminars to attend throughout the day. If you have an idea for a panel you would like to host, please submit an application below!

We can’t rely on spells alone to make this convention magic happen! Volunteers make all the organizational aspects of our convention possible. If you’d like to lend a hand (and earn a few benefits in return), please fill out the form below.
Party Floor
Party Floor Applications: Opening Soon
Our party floor this year will be bigger and better than ever! We’ve booked the entire 19th floor of our new hotel for attendee-organized events, with Azelian Events providing oversight and ops for all activities. This floor consists of separate executive suites that will not be booked out as hotel rooms, so attendees are welcome to book a standard room, and may rent time slots through Azelian to utilize the spaces. Our goal is to keep costs low and ensure hosts don’t need to shell out for an entire weekend in a suite. Keep your eyes peeled for further information on room sizes, prices, and availability soon.
