Heartland Howloween is excited to offer an entire floor for room parties! Our contract with the hotel stipulates that there will be no noise restriction or cutoff for the entire top floor, and the floor below has been booked out for staff as noise padding.

The following rules apply to anyone who wishes to obtain a party floor room:

  • You must host at least 1 open-door room party during the convention
  • You must book a room prior to application for the party floor. If you are accepted, your booking will be transferred to one of the top floor rooms.
  • If you are serving alcohol in your room, you must comply with local law and ensure that anyone being served is at least 21 years of age
  • If your party is NSFW in nature, you must verify all participants are at least 18 years of age

Heartland Howloween has partered with Azelian Events to provide party floor coordination. As we lock in event hosts, Azelian will attempt to obtain details on party times, room numbers, restrictions, and themes, and consolidate a schedule for attendees.

If you're a potential host and have been hesitant to apply because you lack party staff, supplies, DJ's, or need assistance with organization, Azelian may be able to help.
